Include your own time
Add yourself as an external attendee at your hourly rate. The meter counts you like anyone else in the room. Clients see what their meetings cost, including the outside help, and the dashboard shows the external share of spend on its own line.
Bring numbers to the review
A month of meetings becomes a few plain sentences, for example:

Share without exposing rates
A shared receipt carries totals only: cost, duration, cost per minute, and person-hours. It never carries names, roles, or rates, so you can send one to a client without showing what anyone earns. With Pro, receipts carry your logo and color.
What it is not
Meetor does not bill clients or send invoices. It does not read your calendar, and it does not record meetings. It shows what meetings cost.
